May HH dates

Happy Hours are spans of time where we will increase bonuses on the server on set days at set times :

3:00am ~ 7:00am (PST)
10:00am ~ 2:00pm (PST)
5:00pm ~ 9:00pm (PST)

There are 5 different available Happy Hours that will not be announced until 1 hour before the Happy Hour :
(1 type of Happy Hour will be applied for all 3 time slots the same day)

Exp Only : +40% Exp
Drops Only : +200% Drops
Lant Only : +200% Lant
Forge Only : +20% Reinforce/Enchant/Compound Success
All Bonuses : +30% Exp / +100% Lant/Drops / +5% Reinforce/Enchant / +10% Compound Success
